We believe this will be a powerful and significant time together! Pay directly to your church. Talk to your Youth Pastor or Leader about the cost of camp and payment information. Registrations and payments close on the 1st of April at midnight.

GENERAL Your registration and payment are confirmation that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

DISCLAIMER If you are a parent/guardian of a child attending New Life Youth Camp Central, you confirm and acknowledge the child attends at their own risk and you allow this with full knowledge of the risks associated. New Life Churches New Zealand does not accept any responsibility for losses incurred for transportation costs booked for New Life Youth Camp Central.

REFUNDS/TRANSFERS We understand that people’s circumstances can change and provide the following alternatives to assist you. Should your child not be able to attend, transfers of your ticket to another child can be completed through your youth leader. If you wish to cancel your registration, please note that any cancellations must be requested to your youth leader by the 1st April 2025. No refunds will be given after this date.

MEDICAL TREATMENT CONSENT You give permission for New Life Youth leaders and your youth leaders to obtain emergency medical, hospital or ambulance assistance at anytime they consider necessary. You understand that every effort will be made for you or a listed emergency contact or relative to be notified before instituting such procedures. You acknowledge that you will be liable for any and all medical/hospital/ambulance costs and expenses incurred in your treatment. You also understand that while every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure your child's practical protection, you hereby release and hold harmless New Life Youth Camp Central authorised leaders and team from any and all liability in the event of any injury, accident or misfortune, damage or loss that may occur to you and your property while present at New Life Youth Camp Central.

INVOLVEMENT CONSENT You hereby give your consent for the registrant to participate in activities they may choose while attending the event. You agree and understand that New Life Churches New Zealand and your youth leader reserves the right to exercise its discretion to refuse to register any person upon medical and/or other grounds.

TRANSPORT CONSENT You consent to your church providing transport for your child to and from New Life Youth Camp and you understand they will take all reasonably practicable steps to provide a safe environment for your child and ensure all vehicles are in a safe and working order.

MEDIA WAIVER The camp experience will be captured in photographs, video and audio. New Life Churches New Zealand reserves the right to use the material for promotional purposes. I understand it is a condition of all registrant’s entry into the Camp that all claims are waived in relation to inclusion of their likeness in such films or recordings. I give my consent for my child to be captured on photographic, video and audio media.
